DOOPE accepts all returns made within 14 days from receipt of delivery. 

Refunds are not immediate and may take up to 30 working days to be completed. 

Exchanges will be granted at DOOPE's sole discretion, based on the following conditions: 

  1. Buyer must send request for exchange with order number and details of exchange, within 14 days from receipt of delivery to

  2. If claim is approved we will reply with a return postal address and all relevant information.

  3. Goods must be returned in original condition with no evidence of use (i.e. no traces of scents, no stains, unwashed, complete with tags and labels etc)

  4. Buyer pays for all return freight or postal charges (two-way), including duty and tax, if applicable.

  5. DOOPE will not be held responsible for lost packages and will not reimburse you for the cost to ship your exchange back to us.

  6. Each item can only be exchanged once for another similar product (or equal value), for store credit or a full refund.

  7. Returned product must reach us within 14 days of our approval of the exchange request. Extensions will be granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. DOOPE will not be liable for any goods which fail to reach us before end of the exchange period window. All returns and exchanges must be delivered back to us using a traceable service with a tracking number.

If any of the above stated conditions are not met, we will not go through with the exchange transaction.

Exchanges will only be entertained after we have approved the exchange request via email. We will not be responsible for any exchange packages received without approved exchange requests.

Exchanges will be granted based on availability of stock. If stock is unavailable for requested goods, store credit or a full refund of the same value as the exchanged product and with a validity of 7 days will be given. DOOPE reserves the right to refuse any exchanges.

If the Buyer chooses to exchange the product for an item of a lower value, he agrees to forgo the difference in value. No refunds on the difference in value will be made.

In the event of an exchange due to production defects, delivery of wrong size specified in order and/or delivery of wrong item, we will return the correct item to the Buyer at the last indicated delivery address at no extra cost within 7 working days of receipt of returned item.

To claim refund for shipping in such an event, the Buyer has to send us an evidence of return shipping cost within 3 working days of shipping. Refund on shipping cost will be made in store credit. In the event that the requested size and/or item is not available, store credit with a validity of 6 months or a full refund will be given on a case-by-case basis. DOOPE reserves the right to refuse to grant and/or accept store credit at its own discretion.

Anyone deemed by DOOPE to be abusing the returns policy or making false claims will be barred from shopping at
