All brands under DOOPE are hundred percent authentic and direct import from the original supplier. We work very closely with the brands that we carry and only aim to provideyou with quality products.
Q: Can I make changes to my order or cancel my order?
For instock orders, your order begins processing immediately after you have placed an orderand made payment for it. During the order processing time, changes cannot bemade to your order. Once an order has been successfully placed, we regret to inform that cancellations and changes will be turned down.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments via Bank Transfer, Deposit, iBanking, Credit Cards ( Visa / Mastercard), as well as PayPal.
Q: Do you charge in different currencies?
No, The final price is fixed and will be charged in SGD (in Singapore). The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied when your account is debited.
Q: How soon will I receive my order?
For our instock items, we aim to deliver within 3 working days by Singpost Registered Mail in Singapore,and 3-8 days for worldwide. For more information, please check on the Shipping page.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once a tracking number has been sent to your email, you may head on over to www.singpost.com and track your parcel under the track item tab. Alternatively, you may also contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help.

When you place a pre-order please take note of the following:
- Please kindly take note of the arrival date of your pre-order item.
- Payment has to be made once you place a pre-order.
- The estimated arrival dates are just estimates. We cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock at that point. Delays with our suppliers and customs may at times occur.
- The estimated arrival date is when we expect it to arrive at our dispatch centre.
- The estimated time for delivery is only in effect once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, and is just an estimate of when it will be delivered.
- To save you on shipping costs, we do not split ship pre-orders and instock orders.If you do not want your entire order held for all stocks to arrive, please place two separate orders.
Q: When do I pay for my pre-order?
You pay for your entire order at the time it is placed.
Q: Will you dispatch my instock items right away?
If you place an instock order together with a pre-order item under a single receipt, all items will be dispatched out together. If you would like to receive your in-stock items first, please kindly place a separate order.
Q: When will my pre-order be dispatched?
When we offer an item for pre-order, we do our ultimate best to estimate when we will have the product in stock. Unfortunately, there are few variables such as delays with our suppliers, customs clearances that may affect our estimated date. With this, it's unfortunate that we won't be able to have a promised and guaranteed arrival date.
Once the stock arrives at our dispatch centre, it may take 24 to 48 hours for us to process and fulfill all orders.
Q: Can I cancel my pre-order?
No cancellations and refunds can be made for a pre-order item that has been paid for after the pre-order has been closed and once your order has been shipped out.
